Administrative Services

The Administrative Services Department supports the city's core services and acts as a liaison for the City Council, enacting their directives and ensuring that policies are carried out efficiently and effectively. Our main functions include: 

  • City Administration: support, enact, and implement City Council policy
  • City Clerk: maintain official records, city code, public meetings, and manage elections 
  • Communications: public relations, internal and external communications, engagement
  • Finance: oversee all financial activity for the City
  • Human Resources: manage employment and labor relations
  • Information Technology: provide IT support to all city departments
