Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)

Purpose and Overview

The SWPPP is a document required by the State and Federal governments which outlines the City's programs and policies for reducing stormwater pollution for compliance with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) NPDES Permit.  All components of the plan are included in the list below:

Accepting Comment Through September 29

The City of Rosemount is accepting public comments on the City's SWPPP through Friday September 29, 2023.  A public meeting meeting will be held during the September 5 City Council Meeting where information will be provided about the SWPPP and where the public will be allowed ot provide comments.  Coments can also be sent to the following:
