Carroll’s Woods was named after Don and Mary Carroll who owned the property and operated a dairy farm there until they sold the property to the city.


Access to Carroll’s Woods can be found off of Cobbler Avenue, Clover Lane, from Schwarz Pond Park, and from Rosemount High School. Carroll’s Woods features both paved and natural trails through a rolling woodland. Native wildflowers can be found in the park.
